Selling is a workforce-relevant skill that is used throughout many professions and personal interactions. In this course, students will develop sales knowledge, tools, and techniques and apply them to a customer-centric sales process. Students will analyze how sales analytics and market research support the sales process and sales cycle to inform data-driven decision making. Students will then communicate solutions based on customer needs in authentic contexts. Students who complete this course will develop skills in selling techniques, market research, communication, decision making, customer relationship building, problem solving, planning, and rapport building.
