In this course students will be introduced to the foundational concepts of organic chemistry. Students will use structural representations and models of organic compounds, predict chemical reactivity, and utilize curved arrow formalism to describe reaction mechanisms. Students will also be introduced to line-angle drawings, stereochemical representations, and organic compound naming conventions.
