In this course, students will study the concepts, tools, and practices of effective project management using a managerial process approach. They will learn to guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. Emphasis is placed on defining and managing project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication. Students will develop project charters and apply planning strategies to align project goals with organizational strategy. Additionally, students will strengthen decision-making skills and gain practical experience in addressing authentic project challenges while learning how to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead successful project outcomes.
