Students will learn how organizations and management empower employees to make effective judgments and ethical decisions. How delegation and trust can lead to ownership, rights and responsibilities of employees. This course will encompass decision-making models, management decision structures, strategic and risk decision-making strategies and problem-solving decisions tools.
