In this course, students will explore how customer relationship management (CRM) is related to other business functions and how it aligns with sales goals, marketing, and customer service. Students will examine software used to support CRM strategies and determine metrics and data needed to track CRM initiatives. Students will also align customer relationship strategies to business goals and recommend a CRM strategy to meet business goals. Students who complete this course will develop skills in customer relationship management, communication, customer experience strategy, personalized service, operations, planning, and decision making.
