In this course, students will take a holistic approach to omnichannel digital experience strategy. Students will assess the current state of digital marketplaces and how experience design impacts customer purchasing habits. Students will also focus on factors that drive continued consumer engagement. Students will also critically assess key performance metrics and hypothesize solutions to improve digital experiences. Students who complete this course will develop skills in data analysis, communication, brand strategy, experimentation and testing, and critical thinking.
