In this course, students will learn about the customer journey and customer-centric design approaches based on customer research. Students will design a customer journey based on an ideal customer and business goals. Using their insights from the customer journey, students recommend improvements to the customer experience. Students who complete this course will develop skills in customer journey mapping, customer experience strategy, customer experience improvement, communication, data analysis, market research, and creative thinking.
