This hands-on course immerses students in the full trial process—from jury selection to final verdict—through an interactive mock trial simulation. Students will take on the roles of attorneys, witnesses, and jurors while learning essential trial procedures, courtroom strategy, and the art of legal argument. Designed for active participation, the experiential learning course develops critical thinking, public speaking, and a practical understanding of how justice is carried out in the American legal system. This course also includes collaborative efforts with criminal justice practitioners to enhance students’ learning.
