In this course, students will explore the foundational concepts and methodologies of neural networks and generative AI from both computer information systems and psychological perspectives. The course covers concepts, methods, and practices in using GenAI in real-world applications. As a project-based course, students will develop an idea of their own choosing and will apply feedback from domain experts. Students will apply socially responsible AI practices to correct problems such as bias, privacy, and job displacement. A knowledge of programming and a technical background are not required.
